Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will give you absolute command over your email mailboxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can create a brand new e-mailbox in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can forward electronic mails from one email mailbox account to another, set up e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and guard your e-mail boxes against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your mailboxes against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for emails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain e-mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming mails based on specific rules set by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your mail accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Simply specify the mailbox account you would like to redirect e-mail messages from, then specify the target mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your mailboxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you want to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email account will be configured in an instant.

The Email Manager interface will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle the rest.
